After reaching international stages at every level with her dance crew, Oxygen, Jennifer Romen has opened the door to the professional dance industry for young talents. Through Oxygen's Academy of Dance, she offers a platform for ambitious and talented dancers who want to make the leap from 'hobby' to career.
Located in the heart of Maastricht, the Academy attracts students from all over the Benelux. By working with the best (international) instructors, the focus on technique and quality is guaranteed. Additionally, due to Oxygen's in-house Company and Agency, a direct link between the talents and commercial work opportunities will be made whenever possible.

We are currently working with over 100 students from 7 different countries. This season alone we welcomed more than 50 teachers from different styles to our Academy’s classes.

Oxygen 2.0 is our Junior Company crew that consists of young talents under 18 who are performing and competing worldwide in the biggest and most exciting competitions and events.
By educating young talents in Oxygen 2.0, we prepare them for the potential transition to becoming professionals in our Company.

We hold auditions for our Academy and Oxygen 2.0 once a year.

After years of development, Oxygen – Study Program (2023/2024) was officially launched and is now in full swing: our very own, brand-new private study program. Fifteen dancers were specifically selected and are currently being trained and educated full-time, with the ultimate goal of working within the Oxygen company. We are incredibly proud to offer this groundbreaking program—a first in the Dutch dance scene.
